Education and/or Equivalent Experience:

  • PG or higher( Social work MBA/ MHA )
  • 3 5 years' experience in Healthcare, Medical, Private or Social Organizations

Leads, Supervises, and Supports staff - to enable them to exceed expectations
:


  • Provides strategic and operational direction
  • Sets clear, measurable performance expectations for all staff
  • Provides regular and ongoing feedback to management team/direct reports o Oversees training for new employees.
  • Provides oneonone mentoring and group training sessions for team on periodic basis

Promotes eye bank growth:


  • Develops and implements strategic planning for continued growth o Manages new and ongoing projects which contribute to growth
  • Performs quarterly evaluations of plan progress and reports progress to staff
  • Oversees evaluations and improvements of all systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Responsible for eye bank operational performance sets operational goals, and creates a culture of high quality, transparent, efficient, and sustainable operations, creates and analyzes monthly/quarterly performance report

Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:


  • Project management experience
  • Moderate financial / business skills
  • Healthcare or science experience preferred
  • Community relationship/leadership experience
  • Ethical/high personal standards
  • Effective public relations and public speaking skills
  • Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word
  • Fluent in English and local languages, and competent in English and other local language(s)

Salary:

₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Master's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)

  • Public health/ MSW/MHM/ MBA
Hospital Administration: 3 years (required)


Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (required)
