Roles & Responsibilities
> Prioritize and execute on requests from our Sales Development and Demand Generation teams to build out reach sequences according to their requirements.

  • Administer LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enable all users on the tool and ensure adoption.
  • Serve as the internal expert on sales outreach best practices, with a particular focus on understanding and reporting on sequence performance data.
  • Conduct customer searches and reach out to potential clients via online or voice calls
> Collaborate with the marketing & development teams to propose improvements based on user feedback.


Requirement:

> Bachelor's degree with 0-1 years of experience can apply.

  • Manage day to day LinkedIn Sales Navigator while working to continuously improve and enhance system processes to effectively meet and exceed business requirements.
  • Selfsufficient, can complete project requests independently.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Hindi & English
  • Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to build rapport over the phone
> Empathy & active listening skills to understand customer needs & concerns
