Requirement for Office Assistant
Shorey E-Solutions is looking for a professional, active Office Assistant. This position is Full time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Devise ways to optimise inventory control procedures.
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Managing the filing system.
- Recording information as needed.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Helping organise and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Assist HR with sorting and collating resumes.
- Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail.
- Coordinating events as necessary.
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Resolve officerelated malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Aiding with client reception as needed.
- Experience as a virtual assistant.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
- All physical goods to place at its predefined location and subsequently maintain the material at its place.
Requirements/Qualification:
- Proven experience as a backoffice assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, PDF Editor
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Familiarity with mobile technology.
- Pleasant, friendly disposition
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Minimum 1 yr of work experience in similar domains or freshers also apply.
- Problem Solving Ability
- Ability to selfmanage
- Good communication skills.
Work conditions (not limited to) read thoroughly:
- NO OVER TIME whatsoever may be the case shall be applicable. Since, If any testing and manufacturing procedure are in progress and demands extra time (if required).
- WORK DAY IS ACCOUNTED if utilised for more than 2hrs. Attending a complaint/emergency is not accounted for.
- No advance will be given in any conditions in the first year of your employment/association with the company.
- Expenses made for work will be reimbursed against the expense sheet weekly (Not acceptable beyond 15 days of the expense date).
- Unplanned leaves shall be deducted as 3 days (except medical conditions to be supported by documents)
- Travel time is not accounted for the job that includes customer site/work site visits etc as and if required and same shall not be compensated as overtime.
- Food charges as per company payout policy.
- Night inconvenience charges are for work more than 2 days at one place, room to be taken (to be compensated as per the company payout policy).
- The working days are 6 working days a week and the holiday shall be roaster based.

Salary :
INR 1,50, ,80,000.00
