Key Technical Skills - ? Hands-on experience in creating and executing test scripts using open source and commercial tools. Must be necessarily proficient in Load Runner.

Have executed at least 2 large scale engagements with Load Runner.
Have knowledge/experience on Jmeter will be an add on.
Understanding of Software engineering and testing methodologies in the context of large scale enterprise systems.
Experience in setup and management of test environments on different platforms (Windows/ Unix).
Experience in creating workload models and collecting performance requirements from the stake holders.
Good understanding of technical architectures and networking concepts.
