Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the business development team, helping to drive overall Rockstar Social strategy and business growth in line with company's plans
- Develop a thorough knowledge of the market short term and long term trends
- Responsible for business from the assigned territory
- Develop warm and cold leads and build a robust new business pipeline
- Generate sales leads according to the business development plan
- Having an indepth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Identify partnership opportunities in target market
- Build new relationships to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
Ideal skills and experience required
- MBA or equivalent experience
- A great Storyteller and natural at kindling active conversations
- Strong Leadership and Interpersonal Skills.
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, with an ability to prioritize timesensitive assignments with the company
- Excited about the opportunity to work and grow with an early stage startup
- Innovative and selfstarter
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goaloriented
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
Shift:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
