**Job Description:- *
- Meet and assess the needs of clients.
- Suggest the most effective diet plan leading to Significant Weight loss
- Attend the Client Queries about the suggested Diet Plans
- Support, motivate and educate clients to reduce weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
- Educate clients on healthy eating habits and provide diet regimen.
- Create weight loss management strategies and interventions.
- Coach and personally train clients on losing weight substantially
- Meet weight loss target of the Branch
- Generate desired records from weight management cards/ software from time to time
- Hands on approach to address any kind of complaints from clients ad offer solutions with proper delegation and approvals.
- Plan combination of machine based session/therapist to be administered to the client during the course of slimming, monitor and review the progress of client after each slimming session and devise alternate slimming plan in coordination with Technical Head.
- To perform outdoor duties in case company organizes company events beyond Centre premises.
- Liaise with corporate technical team for relevant advice pertaining to any specific case and for any valuable inputs and insights on slimming procedure and techniques.
- Drive referrals booking/Upsells business from existing clients
- Drive Online Sessions of Physical activity to enable maximum attendance
- Regular Follow up on diet Diary
Additional responsibilities
- To generate desired records from weight management cards/ software from time to time
- To conduct and evaluate dietary studies and other food and nutrition related research on instruction from corporate technical team.
- To perform outdoor duties in case company organizes company events beyond Centre premises.
- Liaise with corporate technical team for relevant advice pertaining to any specific case and for any valuable inputs and insights on slimming procedure and techniques.
Additional Skills required:
- Proven ability to drive repeat business from existing clients
- Should have thorough knowledge about the trends in diet plans
- Relevant industry experience ideally gained from a competitor business.
- Confident and experienced to guide clients, motivate negotiator able to drive revenue.
- Ambitious and driven personality with a hunger for success.
