_ In this role your key responsibilities will be:_

Manage ticket queue and provision access requests as requested and adhere to the service level agreement (SLA), established processes, security controls and corporate policies.
Build and nurture positive working relationships with dependent teams with the intention to meet the objectives.
Provisioning/deprovisioning of ERP accesses of employees and CWs.
Respond to requests to provide broad level of support to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve access related issues.
Ensure requests contain proper approvals and reviewing completed requests for accuracy.
Provide reports, provisioning and approval evidence when requested by auditors.
Problem identification and timely resolving with the relevant solution for internal users.

Maintaining operations support documentation.

Support ad hoc requests & projects.

Why You?

_ Basic Qualification:
_

Should have very good knowledge/experience in User Access Management Process, SAP GRC (ARM) & Reporting.
Knowledge & understanding of SAP Security module.
Good experience in ticketing tools like Service Now, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication
