**Roles & Responsibilities:- *
- Prior experience of Telecalling in Banking/NBFC industry
- Selfdriven, Honest/Loyal/ creative and organized
- Good communication
- Selfmotivated, willing to take initiatives and learn
- Ambitious, agile and result oriented
Well experienced in Collections ( higher buckets) with a language skillset of all/most south Indian languages
Specific Responsibilities
- Influences Customers to avail loans by following a prepared script
- Maintains daily tracker on calling & appointments
- Need to build strong customer relationship
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishments related results as needed.
- Knowledge of basics of MS Excel is preferred
Salary:
₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
- Telecalling: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
Language:
- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
