1. Monitor customer inquiries & complaints over the Phone & CRM Portal.- Record customer complaints over the CRM portal.
- Collaborate with the technical lead to assign customer complaints to appropriate engineers.
- Follow up with both engineers and customers to ensure that complaints are resolved.
- Schedule appointments with customers and engineers to address their complaints.
- Follow up with engineers, office staff, and customers to ensure smooth communications.
- Work with the technical lead to organize the next day's call schedule for engineers.
- Publish day shift end reports to upper management on daily basis.
- Alert upper management to significant customer complaints and concerns.
- Track the delivery of materials to and from customers and vendors.
- Prepare delivery challans as needed.
- Update call details on the CRM portal.
- File invoices and challans collected by engineers and delivery personnel.
- Enter purchase and sales invoices into Tally.
- Use the CRM portal to prepare quotations and send them to customers.
- Follow up on quotations until the lead is closed.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Compare the cost of purchasing materials from multiple vendors, obtaining at least three price comparisons.
- Schedule preventive maintenance calls for customers with AMC contracts on a periodic basis.
- Set reminders for AMC and antivirus contract expiration dates.
Pay:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
