Description

1. Monitor customer inquiries & complaints over the Phone & CRM Portal.

• Record customer complaints over the CRM portal.
• Collaborate with the technical lead to assign customer complaints to appropriate engineers.
• Follow up with both engineers and customers to ensure that complaints are resolved.
• Schedule appointments with customers and engineers to address their complaints.
• Follow up with engineers, office staff, and customers to ensure smooth communications.
• Work with the technical lead to organize the next day's call schedule for engineers.
• Publish day shift end reports to upper management on daily basis.
• Alert upper management to significant customer complaints and concerns.
• Track the delivery of materials to and from customers and vendors.
• Prepare delivery challans as needed.
• Update call details on the CRM portal.
• File invoices and challans collected by engineers and delivery personnel.
• Enter purchase and sales invoices into Tally.
• Use the CRM portal to prepare quotations and send them to customers.
• Follow up on quotations until the lead is closed.
• Follow up on outstanding payments.
• Compare the cost of purchasing materials from multiple vendors, obtaining at least three price comparisons.
• Schedule preventive maintenance calls for customers with AMC contracts on a periodic basis.
• Set reminders for AMC and antivirus contract expiration dates.

Pay:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
