Description
1. Ensure that the HR function operates smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole

  • Identify new sources to hire the required manpower, both online and offline
  • Collaborate with respective team managers for hiring needs, building job descriptions and basic assessment parameters
  • Prepare the progress reports, pie charts, talent pool, dashboards
  • Streamline the talent management
  • Work on employee engagement activities
  • Work on L&D

Salary:
From ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
- sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:
