Medical Sales Representative - WNTMSR

  • Be the face of a company in the assigned Territory.
  • Use your expertise of the product and selling skills to showcase the doctors, how Company can transform their practice.
  • Responsible for handling the complete Doctor Acquisition(Lead Management, Sales, Onboarding, Training & Customer Success) of the territory.
  • Be a major stakeholder in product evolution.
  • Generate goodwill with Doctors and get good referrals.
  • Involves 75% travelling (on ground sales) in the assigned territory.
  • Reaching out to potential target doctors & developing trust and relationships.
  • Understanding of clinic operations and sharing solutions for seamless workflow.
  • Demonstration of Application to doctor/staff & resolve operational issues and problems.
  • Continuous training and hand holding on the product and new features & Drive continuous Usage.
  • Competition tracking visàvis current products.
  • Proactively develops and creates customer relationships in his/her area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for leading the Doctor Acquisition (Lead Management to Customer Success) channel in the assigned region.
  • Passion first approach in achieving the targets and preparing the team for an inspiring MOM growth by DAU and MAU performance.
  • Analyzing market specific requirements and coordinating with cross functional teams for improving the quality of the product.
  • Be a major stakeholder in product evolution.
  • Stay in constant touch with all the Doctors using the platform, by meeting them physically.
  • Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire sales team. )
  • Ensures customer satisfaction and solves complaints with the rest of the team.
  • Generates leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets.
  • Requests technical knowhow from Technical sales support (TSS) in the tendering phase in nonstandard cases and according to local policy.
  • Arranges pretender, prebooking reviews and ensures SalestoOperations...Prepare and deliver technical presentations.
  • Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements.
  • Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
  • Plan and modify products to meet customer needs.
  • Help clients solve problems with installed equipment.
  • Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers.
  • Help in researching and developing new products.
  • Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
  • Support Store Managers with daytoday store operation.
  • Evaluate store and individual performances.
  • Report on regional sales results.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
  • Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople.
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
