Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform basic fault finding. Eliminate blacklisting, SIM card or network problems to ensure fault lies with the handset, or accessories. Perform functionality checks in order to eliminate user error. Ascertain the warranty status of a handset in order to eliminate damaged equipment.


Job Type:
Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
