Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in monthend and yearend closing activities, including preparing journal entries and financial statements.
  • Conduct regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and streamline financial processes.
  • Monitor and analyze financial transactions to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
  • Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably as an Accounts Executive or similar position.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
  • Detailoriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive attitude towards problemsolving.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
