Responsibilities:
- Sell residential and commercial projects.
- Maintain service quality to enhance company goodwill and secure more bookings through effective market research.
- Conduct meetings to convert prospects into buyers.
- Handle customer queries promptly to ensure satisfaction and close deals effectively.
- Identify prospective clients and generate business from existing clients to meet targets.
- Regularly interact with clients and channel partners, resolving their queries and maintaining good relations.
- Meet sales targets set by the manager.
- Generate effective leads to drive sales growth.
