Roles and Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Initiate outbound calls to clients to establish regular communication, understand their needs, and address any concerns they may have.
  • Client Support: Provide timely and efficient support to clients by addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to their problems related to Tally products and services.
  • Product Updates: Keep clients informed about product updates, new features, and enhancements, ensuring they are aware of the latest offerings and how they can benefit from them.
  • Feedback Collection: Actively seek feedback from clients regarding their experiences with our products and services, and relay this feedback to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges, and offering personalized solutions to help them achieve their goals.
  • Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to crosssell or upsell additional products or services to existing clients based on their needs and usage patterns.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications in the company's CRM system, ensuring all information is uptodate and easily accessible.
  • Client Retention: Work towards retaining existing clients by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and going above and beyond to meet their expectations.
  • Training and Education: Provide clients with training and educational resources to help them maximize the value they derive from our products and services.

Pay:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
