The team you'll be part of
People Experience is responsible for enriching the experience of Nokia employees at every touchpoint: managing all the common people services, ensuring seamless operations, creating impactful digital experiences and enhancing the human touch, driving automation and delivering services "on the ground.
What you will learn and contribute to
- Ensuring good quality in HR Services
- HR Operations & Consulting.
- Involvement in Global Driven Processes and Projects
- Bringing innovative ideas for improvement of process and thus improving productivity to the organization. Should have a fair knowledge on HR Operations.
- Providing HR services and support. Acting as an expert in advisory services for all employees and line managers on all HR topics for all locations
Your skills and experience
- India wide advisory services for all employees and line managers on all HR topics for all locations
- Delivering high quality in HR service
- Support in more complex queries for the region
- EndtoEnd People process support to Employees and Line Managers
- HR policy support and interpretation
- HR tools support to Managers and Employees
- Employment laws and collective agreements info to Managers and Employees
- Providing "solutions" to team issues
- Lead in policy and process training to Line Managers and Employees
- Special assignment & projects
- Contributing to HR community Culture & Values
- Data Analysis & Audit
- Incident Management Tool administration
- Support for global HR tools and processes
- Must have handled HR operations and should be able to resolve most of the queries
You have:
-
Experience - 04 to 08 years in HR domain
Qualification - MBA or Equivalent
- Customer Focus understands the needs of the employees and endeavours to deliver consumer grade experience.
- Integrity acts honestly in accordance to moral and ethical principles.
- Problem Solving identifies solutions, given available information
- Analytical skills
- Good communication & Interpersonal skills
