Managing the retail departmental store chains, visit the market meeting with all the key stake holders of respective channels taking orders, working on proper brand display at store levels.


  • Able to generate the orders for distributors & super stockiest.
  • Maintain the daily sales report, Purchase orders, stock delivery report, store level payment reconciliations.
  • Help in Building the new location activations for brand to increase the brand visibility and drive revenues from general trade market through building a strong distributor network.
  • Closely working on store activation and focus to secondary sales from stockiest by doing store activation as per the assign store level marketing budgets.
- involve in various field marketing brand promotions activities on channels level.

  • Daily reporting in field and should present weekly report to zonal head on weekly achievements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives within the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager or senior management.

Role & responsibilities

Proven Experience:
Previous experience in field sales or related roles within the
pharmaceutical, fmcg, or distribution sectors is preferred retail store model / general trade

Good Communication Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

Results-Driven:
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Relationship Builder:
Adapt at building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Self-Motivated:
Capable of working independently and managing time efficiently while on the field.

Problem-Solving Skills:
Quick and effective problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and operational challenges.

Valid Driver's License:
Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable Vehicle for field visits.

Flexibility:
Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as per business requirements.


  • Must have experience in grocery, food, health & nutrition category of general retail trade.
  • Can handle the field sales
Salary range - upto 30,000


Pay:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month


Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus
