Position Overview:


As a Digital Media Planner at Image Media World located in Borivali West, you will be responsible for designing and executing digital advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and achieve marketing objectives.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creativity to develop effective media plans across various digital platforms.


Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy Development:


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audience demographics, and budget constraints.
  • Develop strategic digital media plans aligned with campaign goals, utilizing channels such as display, social media, search, video, and mobile advertising.

Audience Research and Analysis:


  • Conduct indepth audience research to identify key demographics, behaviors, and interests.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights and optimize media strategies for maximum reach and engagement.

Media Buying and Negotiation:


  • Source and negotiate media buys across various digital platforms to ensure optimal placement and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and platforms to stay updated on industry trends and opportunities.

Budget Management:


  • Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of funds across different media channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust budgets as needed to optimize ROI.

Campaign Implementation and Optimization:


  • Oversee the execution of digital media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  • Implement optimization strategies based on performance data to improve campaign effectiveness.

Creative Collaboration:


  • Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives tailored to each digital platform and audience segment.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for digital ad formats and messaging to maximize impact.

Reporting and Analysis:


  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct postcampaign analysis to evaluate overall effectiveness and identify areas for improvement in future campaigns.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

  • Keep abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and digital marketing trends.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to incorporate new tactics and channels into digital media strategies.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital media planning and buying, preferably in an advertising agency or marketing department.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DSPs, and ad networks.
  • Understanding of digital marketing KPIs and metrics.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Certifications in digital marketing or media buying (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.

Salary:
₹480, ₹900,000.00 per year
