_Key Deliverables_:
- Modern Trade and E-Commerce
- Periodic Reconciliation with chains and ensuring NDC is signed off.
- Managing commercial compliances with respect to payment terms and ensure overdues are cleared on time.
- Laisioning with depot teams for closure of open issues related to PODs/invoices.
- Ensuring Payment advices are knocked off in SAP on timely manner.
- Commercial face in negotiation of TOT terms with chains.
- Driving IT automation agendas with IT team
- Ensuring policies are complied in various areas of operations.
- Ensuring claims are processed as per agreed TOT and adequate supporting.
- Continuous engagement with chains for open issues.
