Description

Responsibilities:


  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate and timely information and solutions.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and address customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures by providing feedback based on customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets regarding customer satisfaction, resolution time, and quality of service.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product developments to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's/Master degree in business administration, communication, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas concisely and clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Pay:
Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
