DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome customers.
- Open repair order, refer vehicle history.
- Provide cost and time estimate, verify for campaigns.
- Keep customer informed about progress of work or change in schedule if any
- Coordination with floor & quality controller.
- Invoice explanation, parts replaced explanation.
- Help customer to make payments for services.
- Clean car check verification.
- Help in vehicle pick up when customer comes to take delivery
- Ensure 100% Next Day Call (NDC) to customers.
- CCCF closure.
- Customer F2F.
SKILLS REQUIREMENT
- Automobile passionate
- Customer centric.
- Good listener, good in probing.
- Capture customer verbatim on job card.
- Good communication skill, read, write & speak English and local language.
- Knowledge of automobiles, computer literate and usage proficiency.
- Proactive, friendly with data, can drive 4 wheeler.
