Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Maintain the enquiry log.
- Follow up the quotes sent (in consultation with Sales incharge).
- Coordinate with Partners for quotes.
- Act and communicate with all teams involved post sales confirmation, includes:
- Project definition to operation team.
- Introduce and connect Vedam's operations team to client.
- Project definition to accounts team with Project analysis sheet.
- For projects involving partners
- Send project confirmation.
- Raise PO request as per SOP and issue PO.
- Connect the partner team to Vedam's operations team.
- Raise invoice request as per the payment terms in the quote.
- Follow up Operation team for project status and raise invoice request based on progress for the next stage/final.
- Follow up customer for payments (post invoice submissions) and coordinate with accounts team for SOA of customers.
- Log and maintain partner PO, Invoices and payments as per SOP.
- Get customer feedback (as per SOP) after project completion.
- Support BD team in the required tasks and monthly sales report preparation.
Qualification:
- Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Good presentation & CRM skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
