Job Description / Responsibilities:


  • Maintain the enquiry log.
  • Follow up the quotes sent (in consultation with Sales incharge).
  • Coordinate with Partners for quotes.
  • Act and communicate with all teams involved post sales confirmation, includes:
  • Project definition to operation team.
  • Introduce and connect Vedam's operations team to client.
  • Project definition to accounts team with Project analysis sheet.
  • For projects involving partners
  • Send project confirmation.
  • Raise PO request as per SOP and issue PO.
  • Connect the partner team to Vedam's operations team.
  • Raise invoice request as per the payment terms in the quote.
  • Follow up Operation team for project status and raise invoice request based on progress for the next stage/final.
  • Follow up customer for payments (post invoice submissions) and coordinate with accounts team for SOA of customers.
  • Log and maintain partner PO, Invoices and payments as per SOP.
  • Get customer feedback (as per SOP) after project completion.
  • Support BD team in the required tasks and monthly sales report preparation.

Qualification:


  • Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Good presentation & CRM skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
