We are looking to hire a
Treatment Monitoring Executive who would be responsible for end-to-end patient treatment duration tracking & grievance handling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build highquality relationships with patients by actively listening and responding appropriately to Queries, Concerns, and Requests
  • Manage escalations with the concerned and ensure the matter is a closed loop in the best interest of the business.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams.
  • Collect prompt and accurate feedback from patients.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to take initiative and build strong relationships.

  • Passionate, proactive, and energetic team player.
