Description
Market mapping and identification of outlets for your channel category go to market attitude on day to day basic to increase customer base

  • Channel outreach to achieve listing / placement
  • Building channel relationships to ensure premium product placements, movement of stocks and other success factors
  • Understanding traffic trends, user behaviour and buying considerations to drive sales, and report it back to the senior management team
  • Implement inchannel customer engagement programs including branding, promotions, etc.
  • Participation in sales strategy discussions to establish growth maps and strategies for increased off take from assigned category
  • Development and maintenance of reporting systems

Qualifications and Skills
Personal Skills:


  • Passion for sales and strong abilities to learn on the ground
  • Good written and oral communication skills (English, Kannada, Hindi)
  • Very good relationship building skills
  • Outofthebox thinker with proven examples of innovation & resultant impact
  • Target focused and thrives in a targetdriven work environment
  • Honesty, integrity and trustworthiness will be valued by the organization
  • Should be proactive, confident and possess high sense of ownership of work

Salary:
₹20, ₹23,000.00 per month
