    XXXXXX, Inc is a fast growing AI and Software Engineering company with its presence in the USA, India, and the new markets of Canada and Spain.

    We are growing rapidly. One of our key growth levers is a high performance sales team. We are expanding our BDR/SDR team with a progressive career growth plan leading to Sales Hunting/Farming roles across geographies. These career growth plans are subject to continual performance exceeding expectations.

    As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal BDR/SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up successful meetings with ICP.

    The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success. This individual will schedule meetings with clients in order to understand their needs. They will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover new leads.

    ResponsibilitiesGenerate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospectingWork directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leadsDemonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills

    QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience2+ years' of experience in related roleStrong communication and time management skills
