Description

We are looking for a dedicated professional to assist our client's sales team by making calls to schedule demos and follow up with the leads to ensure conversions.

You will also be responsible for understanding customer queries and help resolve the same through both voice and non-voice process.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Making cold calls to warm leads calls daily).
  • Coordinating with the sales team to schedule demos.
  • Helping the sales team to convert leads.
  • Following up with the demos scheduled.
  • Resolving complaints through interactive communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Updating CRM and Google Sheets on a daily basis.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience in outbound sales or presales is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in both voice and nonvoice process.
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English and Hindi.
  • Must have great conversational skills to engage potential leads.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.

Note :
It is a Work From Office (On-Site) opportunity.
