Minimum Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate and/or Diploma / PG Diploma in Footwear Technology
Experience: - 5 to 8 years of experience in Stitching Department
Any additional requirement:
Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)Key Roles and Responsibilities**
Financial
- To ensure stitching quality as per issued samples.
- To plan for line balancing activity.
Customer Oriented
- To ensure production as per the approved production plan.
- To look after effective utilization of workmen at conveyor.
People Oriented
- To train maintaining 5s and fire safety awareness amongst workmen.
- To look after a large no. of manpower & make them productive in a short while.
Internal Business Process
- To coordinate with maintenance department for upkeep of stitching machines.
