Retail Sales Executive - Surat, India - Golden Carat Private Limited
Description
Must have 2 years of excellent retail sales experience.- Presenting and selling of products using well mannered communication skills to existing and prospective customers.
- Must have a thorough understanding of jewellery items and be able to present themselves professionally at all times.
- Knows about jewellery and diamonds.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Preparing quotations for clients looking for custom made jewellery items.
- Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Analysis of the needs of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements
- Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word & Excel
- A strong sales background will be advantageous.
- Introduce the various product offering to the customers and facilitate customer buying decision.
- Retention of customers.
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gem & Jewellery Park, Ichchhapore, Surat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
