Responsibilities:


  • Conduct literature reviews and data analysis.
  • Analyze policies and contribute to briefs.
  • Stay updated on political developments.
  • Collaborate with the research team.
  • Draft reports and assist in presentations.
  • Understanding the Electioneering and Politics of India
  • Provide regular reports on field activities, voter contacts and campaign progress.
  • Build relationships with local community leaders, organizations and influencers.
  • Attend community events to represent the campaign and establish a positive presence.
  • Analyzing data, voter demographics and campaign metrics may be part of the role.
  • Convey campaign messages, engage with the community and articulate the goals of the organization.

Requirements:


  • Hands on experience in secondary research
  • Good Political Acumen
  • Comes from the academic background of Sociology/Political Science/Public Policy or a related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and research tools.
