Location:
Khanvel, Silvassa


Job Responsibilities:

  • Reading and interpreting technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to understand product specifications and requirements.
  • Operating and maintaining a range of hand tools, power tools, and machine tools to construct, repair, and maintain conductors and related equipment.
  • Performing quality checks on finished products and identifying defects, errors, or inconsistencies in the manufacturing process.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues with equipment and machinery.
  • Collaborating with other members of the manufacturing team to develop and implement new processes and procedures for improving productivity, efficiency, and safety.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
  • Following all safety protocols and regulations, including wearing protective gear, following lockout/tagout procedures, and reporting any accidents or incidents immediately.
  • Conducting regular preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Assisting with training and mentoring of new team members, as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 59 years of experience in a conductors manufacturing industry.
  • ITI Fitter certification or equivalent technical degree or diploma.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including the ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
  • Experience operating and maintaining a range of hand tools, power tools, and machine tools.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or errors in the manufacturing process.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, physically demanding environment.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and regulations, including wearing protective gear and following lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime, as needed.

Pay:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:


  • Diploma (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • ITI (Fitter) (preferred)
