Job Purpose

Managing projects of Installation and commissioning of NMS Servers, Integration with NOC and NOC Ecosystem.
Project management of new rollout, capacity Expansion, Consolidation of decentralized NMS's to regional NMS and integration with OSS of all transmission and IP equipment's
Handle DCN network rollout upgrade and optimization/expansion.
Sync devices rollout in circles as per mobility and transport requirement.
Rollout of IP projects : Capacity Expansion and New rollouts
New and Capacity Expansion projects of Network to cater enterprise customers

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

End to End Project management, Vendor Management and coordination with all stake holders, escalation as per requirement
Driving Partner & Vendor for project completion as per Timeline, Quality & cost
Coordination with Infra team/ Fiber team for Infra& fiber readiness for the transport Projects
Interfacing with CODE/ Planning team for Project
Handling change management, Material logistics & Inventory management.
Coordination with SNOC & Operations for Nodes integration, traffic migration

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Good Knowledge of Optical & IP technologies.
Good Understanding of optical and IP equipments NMS and NMS servers
Detailed Understanding of IP/MPLS network topologies, architecture, protocols
Detailed understanding of Mobility Network services
Project Management Experience of Critical Projects
Experience in Traffic migration of Live & critical transmission / IP Nodes

Must have technical / professional qualifications

B.E. with 1015 years of experience of IP & transmission Projects.
Experience of Transmission Network Planning & IP technology certification is desirable
