Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for scheduling and managing the MD's calendar including prioritizing and resolving related conflicts and competing demands, proactively scheduling important meetings with internal and external individuals and maintaining an organized office.
  • Organizes and coordinates international/domestic travel and related requirements to include: travel authorizations, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visas, airport transfers, expense reports. Ensures that all travel arrangements are in compliance.
  • Provides support in arranging Finance meetings including collation of speaking notes and/or briefing notes, handling logistics, such as conference registrations, room reservations (internal and external), and local travel.
  • Expense Management
  • Process and track expense reports and reimbursements. Petty cash settlement.
  • Organizing end to end events like Town halls, Teambuilding, Team Bashes, Team Dinners, Off sites
  • Managing Personal Portfolio's (House rents, Credit cards payments, Telephone bills, visas, travel, confidential filing etc.)
  • Supports and coordinates Audit, Finance, Investment and other Committee meeting arrangements including teleconferences and TP/VC set up as required.
  • Coordinates, plans, and organizes smallto largescale meetings.
  • Performs various administrative duties to include but not limited to; transcribing dictation, scanning, copying, faxing, filing, and data entry.
  • Collects and opens mail addressed to the Finance/Accounting; forwards correspondence to appropriate staff for action.
  • Handling Senior Leadership visits including preparation of agenda, hotel and transportation arrangements managing the visit end to end.
  • Contributes to the excellent reputation of the office through professional, friendly and respectful interactions internally and externally.
  • Maintaining holiday list, leave tracker, travel record. Performs other duties as required and/or assigned.

Desire Profile Experience:
-5-8 years.

Salary:
₹500, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
