5. Job Description for Operations

Arranging Final Docs from POL
Arrange import arrival notice from VOA
Prepare and submit IGM/EGM & IAL/EAL to VOA for Local, T/S, ICD and empty containers
Secure space with respective slot operators for t/s units
Send TDR report to POD agents and principal once vessel sails
Sending enblock movement instructions to CFS/Depo depending on the planning
Sending EDI IGM screenshot to the consignee before the vessel berth
Solve import discrepancies before the arrival of the vessel with the terminal as and when required
Weekly import shipment forecast mail to surveyor and rail operators for ICD import containers
Concor PDA fund request mail to accounts for ICD containers as per requirement
Keeping track of filing SMTP for ICD import containers
Update ICD agents regarding discharge and rail out of containers
Maintain LG and reexport details and share the LG copy vesselwise to the surveyor for filing purposes
Handle TP, Local, ICD and DPD shipments
Maintain Consignee and CHA KYC data
Coordinate with CFS/Depo vendors for Damage estimate and photos of empty containers
Sending damage containers estimate and photos to the principal for approval.
Subject to approval from the principal applicable charges to be collected from the customer, performa invoice to be raised accordingly.
Based on the approval of the principal instruct CFS/Depo to execute the repairing of containers
Check and verify monthly M&R invoices from vendors.
Maintain proper records of M&R master sheet.
