Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 36 years of experience in staffing or recruitment, in the US market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to identify and attract top talent.
- Knowledge of various sourcing and recruiting methods, including social media and professional networking sites.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification:
- Any postgraduate or graduate student
- Working hours:
- Monday to Friday). Saturdays and Sundays are off each week.
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹35, ₹65,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
