As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies in various digital channels to optimize campaigns, analyse data, and identify opportunities to enhance our online presence.

• Digital Campaign Management:
• Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies as needed, and continuously strive for improved ROI and conversion rates.
• Social Media Management:
• Manage and curate the company's social media profiles and presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create engaging content, schedule posts, and interact with followers to foster a strong brand community.
• Content Creation and Marketing:
• Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and SEOfriendly content such as blogs, articles, infographics, videos, and more to support marketing initiatives.
• Optimize content for search engines and promote it through various digital channels.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Conduct keyword research and implement onpage and offpage SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
• Monitor website performance using analytics tools and make datadriven decisions to improve SEO strategies.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Utilize various analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
• Prepare regular reports detailing key performance indicators (KPIs) and make datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Market Research:
• Stay uptodate with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience minimum 6 months as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
• Proficient in using analytical tools to track and measure campaign performance.
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
