Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the design team to develop new têxtile designs for home furnishings, carpets, and rugs.
  • Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for production.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor products to inform design decisions.
  • Participate in product development meetings to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Design or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with ASA (Association of Suppliers of Textiles) standards and practices.
  • Knowledge of embroidery techniques and processes.
  • Strong understanding of têxtile properties and how they impact performance and durability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams including engineers, production managers, and suppliers.

Pay:
₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • HANDICRAFT DESIGN: 1 year (required)
