Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:_
Lead and coordinate IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope, objectives, and milestones.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
Client Relations:_
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Communicate project updates, address client concerns, and maintain strong client relationships.
Identify opportunities for expanding services to existing clients.
CEO Support:_
Work closely with the CEO to align IT strategies with overall business objectives.
Provide regular updates on IT initiatives, contribute to decisionmaking processes, and support executivelevel initiatives.
IT Operations:_
Possess a comprehensive understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
Provide technical expertise to the IT team, assist in troubleshooting complex issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management and client relations within the IT industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, and industry best practices.
