Job Description-

  • Handling Backend task of the projects.
  • Coordinate with the end user.
  • Interact with MSPL Engineers & get their call reports.
  • Alignment of Engineers to provide technical remote support as well as onsite support to the customer.
  • Alignment of residential Engineers and maintain their attendance.
  • Call logging process to the OEM.
  • Timely followup of the logged calls from the OEM.
  • Project wise daily reporting.
  • Telecalling

Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
