Responsibilities:_
- Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and order processing.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including sales quotas and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications:_
- Previous experience in customer service or salesrelated roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problemsolving abilities with a focus on finding solutions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
