Location: Navi Mumbai, Kharghar**_

Responsibilities:_

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and order processing.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, including sales quotas and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications:_

  • Previous experience in customer service or salesrelated roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities with a focus on finding solutions.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
