Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated PTE Trainer to join our team and help non-native English speakers prepare for the PTE Academic exam.

As a PTE Trainer, you will play a crucial role in equipping students with the necessary skills and strategies to achieve their desired scores.

Responsibilities:

Conduct PTE preparation classes, providing comprehensive instruction on all sections of the PTE Academic exam, including speaking, writing, reading, and listening.

Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and study resources to ensure students have access to the most effective and up-to-date learning materials.

Provide personalized coaching and feedback to students, addressing their individual strengths and weaknesses to help them improve their English language proficiency.

Administer practice tests and mock exams, simulating the PTE Academic exam environment, and evaluate students' performance to identify areas of improvement.

Track students' progress and provide regular progress reports, highlighting achievements and offering guidance for further study.

Create a motivating and engaging learning environment, fostering active student participation and ensuring a positive classroom atmosphere.

Stay updated with the latest trends, changes, and updates related to the PTE Academic exam, incorporating them into teaching strategies and materials.

Collaborate with fellow PTE Trainers and staff members to exchange ideas, share best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the PTE preparation program.

Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing student inquiries, concerns, and requests, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with the training program.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Strong command of the English language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated experience in teaching English as a second language or test preparation, preferably with a focus on PTE Academic.

Familiarity with the PTE Academic exam format, scoring criteria, and test-taking strategies.

Ability to assess students' strengths and weaknesses and provide constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Patient, enthusiastic, and dedicated to helping students achieve their goals.

Flexibility to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet individual student needs.

Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching and assessment.
