Responsibilities

  • Manage daily activities of operational sales support and customer service.
  • Assisting the sales team with all order processing & dispatch procedures.
  • Creating quotes, processing orders in a timely manner, planning deliveries, processing requests for an expedited delivery of rush orders, review customer pending items and ensure absolute 100% customer satisfaction and delight.
  • Develop a rapport & build relationship with the customer's procurement, stores/inventory, quality team and other stakeholders to ensure regeneration of business.
  • Basic knowledge of export documents.

Qualifications

Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering:

Good English speaking and writing skills

  • Must work in an organized way with excellent time management skills.
  • Any BE/DE freshers eager to learn & grow with company can apply.

Job Types:

Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:

₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year
