Position Purpose

  • The IT Architecture team at ISPL works on ABACUS EA Modelling tool._
  • This position is for the person to provide support on this tool. Additionally, to work as an Enterprise Architecture pilot to guide project managers on IT project governance process_

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

  • Work as APS to provide support on Architecture repository tool: Abacus
  • Develop the expertise on ABACUS tool and use its features to get insights from the model.
  • Refer to set of documents to understand Business Processes, Functional blocks and Application components and model them using EA tool ABACUS thus forming global architecture repository.
  • Build interfaces with other reference repositories in order to keep the repository updated in ABACUS.
  • Maintain updates to the Abacus Model as and when required.

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Work as an EA pilot to guide project manager on the ITSVC process designed for IT project governance, which requires validation from different functions like IT security, IT architecture, legal, compliance, IT continuity etc.
  • Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs
  • Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customer

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Technical (MUST have):
Hands on experience working as APS on Microsoft based web apps hosted on IIS

Hands on experience on , C#, MSSQL server
