Roles & Responsibility:

  • Recruit advisors
  • Develop business segments
  • Motivate advisors
  • Give training to advisors
  • Make strategy for business developments
  • Get incentives on making advisors and insurance sales
  • Do self sourcing to achieve sales target

Salary:
₹320, ₹380,000.00 per year
