Key Responsibilities:


1.


Front Desk Management:


  • Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
  • Answer phone calls, provide information, and forward calls as necessary.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the appointment calendar.

2.


Patient Assistance:


  • Assist patients with inquiries and provide necessary information about hospital services.
  • Direct patients to appropriate departments or medical professionals.
  • Ensure a comfortable and organized waiting area for patients.

3.


Administrative Support:


  • Maintain patient records and update necessary information accurately.
  • Handle billing and insurance inquiries professionally and confidentially.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and cleanliness of the reception area.

4.


Communication:


  • Communicate effectively in English and Hindi, both in person and over the phone.
  • Relay messages promptly to relevant staff members.

5.


Multi-Tasking:


  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • High school diploma / degree or equivalent or
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist role is a plus, but freshers with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with patients, visitors, and staff members courteously.
