Description
Coordinate and execute the assignment entrusted by the top management

Maintenance of Properties and liaise with vendors for completion of work.

Purchase of office consumables and place orders when necessary

Coordinate with vendors for periodic maintenance of hardware devices, air conditioners,carpending works etc in various premises.

Monitoring housekeeping and facility management

Ensure periodic maintenance of vehicles.

Dispatch of letters / documents

Attending the bank works

Ensuring the various statutory bill payments

Should come and open the entrance door before the office time shift starts.

Authorize entrance of people and secures all exits, doors and windows.

Maintaining office stocks and accounts

Verifying the documents and address of new hires.
