RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Source top talent through various channels.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on sourcing strategies.

6. Use MS Office & tools to manage pipelines.

  • Provide timely sourcing updates.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Proven Talent Sourcing experience.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques.

3. Strong English communication and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Sourcing or Recruiting certification is a plus.
Shift timing:
5pm - 2am (NO CAB FACILITY)

Pay:

Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
