Job Description:
- Manage Lead generate via Digital and Offline Channels
- Drive SEO and paid campaigns
- Work with partner and inhouse team
- Regularize channel effectiveness, ensure optimal lead gen
- Manage communication strategy
- Partner Management
- Strategize and lead partnerships with Agents/ Brokers, etc.
- Design programs/ campaigns / events, etc.
- Technology
- Decent understanding of Technology (CRM, Digital Marketing Tools, Website/SEO Etc)
- Data Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze the data from the Digital marketing campaigns
- Generate reports from CRM as per the need to analyze the marketing and sales
- Branding, Strategy and Positioning
- Create Buzz, differentiation
- Evaluate competition strategy and design innovative ideas to keep us ahead
- Strategize brand position and execute the plan
- Community and Member Benefits
- Strategize and execute
- Engage community and create branding buzz around it
- Person should have flair to work in a startup, and can manage offline and online marketing, and
- Should have good understanding of digital media, and must have experience in creating and
communication skills.
