**Education:

  • Any Graduate With Good English Communication****Languages:
- ** English, Hindi And Marathi

**Experience:
- ** 6 Months Minimum


Responsibilities:


  • Resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
  • Maintain product and service knowledge to provide accurate information.
  • Process orders, returns, and accountrelated activities accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
  • Document interactions and contribute to process improvements.
  • Meet performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Flexibility for shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork.
