- Any Graduate With Good English Communication****Languages:
**Experience:
- ** 6 Months Minimum
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
- Maintain product and service knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Process orders, returns, and accountrelated activities accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
- Document interactions and contribute to process improvements.
- Meet performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.
- Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Flexibility for shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Positive attitude and teamwork.
