We are looking for a committed counsellor for our Delhi branch.

The required skills and responsibilities are as follows:

Responsibilities:

Reach out to customer leads pan India through calling for jobs and admissions
Advance the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Provide career counselling and career development sessions for students
Develop positive working relationships with faculty, administration, and coworkers to achieve desired goals.
Coordinate with academic teams to help students in making career choices based on their academic Interests.
Maintain a database of student academic records, qualifications and skills.
Achieve agreedupon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Requirements:

English communication is a must
Graduate with 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in the education sector.
Highly motivated and targetdriven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Time management and organizational skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

Performance bonus
