As a Branch Sales Officer, You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and nurturing customer relationships, and promoting a range of banking products and services.

Branch Sales Officer

Department:
Retail Liability Banking

Pay Roll:
On Roll - Permanent

Salary: 225000/- to 450000/- per Year + Attractive Incentive

Job Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Achieve monthly and annual CASA acquisition targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive CASA growth.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.
  • Address customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of our banking products.
  • Crosssell relevant financial products.

Qualification & Experience:


  • Any Graduation or Post Graduation
  • Proven work experience of 0 to 4 Years in the Sales and Marketing in any Domain
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Basic knowledge about the Banking Products
  • Strong Negotiation Skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹225, ₹450,000.00 per year
